Consultation and Drafting

Our consulting approach is made up of our expertise and skills and the understanding gained from our experience concerning your requirements.

The specified advice in intellectual property law focuses on both the application of intellectual property rights and their protection and defense against acts of infringement by third parties, as well as the resulting licensing and competition legal aspects. In the context of data protection we are offering legal advice and the drafting of protection concepts regarding your requirements in the form of guidelines and operating agreements, particularly in the context of competitive intelligence and its legal effect and meaning.

Negotiation and representation

Between contracting partners and opponents serious disputes can originate. If it is not necessarily a legal dispute, we offer our skills and represent you in negotiations, where the avoidance of a process is still appropriate and possible. If it does not longer make sense or it does not meet the interests of the parties, we represent you consistently in governmental, court and arbitration proceedings.

Litigation

Where the goal is not in the interest of the parties or is no longer available, to solve a dispute by an amicable settlement, we will take care of the litigation in front of all state courts in Germany. This includes judicial processes, particularly the judicial enforcement or defense regarding disputed claims.

The defense in the context of intellectual property protection comprises both the Defense attacks by third parties against your intellectual property or your individual property rights, and the defense against any attacks from rights holders.
